Purposes of personal data collection
Data collection and processing serve the following purposes:
- The contact form: must enable us to contact users who have sent a message, asked a question, expressed interest in MAGINA’s services or submitted an application.
- Subscription to our newsletter: must enable us to send the newsletter to users who have completed the newsletter subscription form.
- The file download form: must enable us to contact users for commercial prospecting purposes if they have given their consent via the dedicated field on the form.
- The event registration form: must enable us to send users who register for an event all the information relating to that event.

The collection and processing of data from users of the MAGINA website is carried out in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of European Regulation 2016/679.
Personal data is only collected and processed after obtaining the consent of the user who owns the data, via a checkbox. By expressly giving their consent, users agree that the personal data they provide, and which is collected, may be processed for the purposes described above.
Personal data collected via forms is only kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described above. The retention period for this data may not exceed two years, with the exception of data relating to the receipt of the newsletter (which may be deleted as soon as the user expresses their wish to no longer receive the newsletter, upon simple request to the data protection officer mentioned below).
